“A Defining Moment in my Leadership Journey”

Tova & I first began working together as part of an Executive Leadership Development Program. After my first hour with Tova, I knew I was in for a transformative experience. I coasted into that initial meeting like a "tumbleweed" and emerged with a firm grasp of my deepest core values, purpose, and vision for my future. Giving grace when required and no-quarter when needed, Tova's coaching style and passion for her work transformed me from the inside out.

The work was hard. She handed me nothing, instead presenting me with paths to consider, asking deep questions and always challenging me to look inward through introspection and personal inquiry. She was able to get me to see things inside I never knew were there. Often the most enlightening and transformative sessions were those I entered with little to say, when I would feed off the energy and passion she brought to each and every session.

Tova's most significant power is she sees the human first and leader second. The greatest gift from my work with her is I can now answer the questions Who am I & Why am I here with conviction. I walk confidently on my path guided by core values as my north star in all personal & professional endeavors. I am a better husband, a better leader, and most importantly, a better human for having worked with her. I will always cherish the work and the investment she made in me by showing me the importance of investing in myself.
