“Didn’t Think I Needed A Coach”

Let’s be honest- never thought I needed a Coach because I knew everything. Achieved a certain level of success- had it all- but nagging feeling persisted and couldn’t put a finger on it. Met Tova and my initial 360 debrief with a healthy dose of skepticism. Thought I could pull one over on her (or anyone) but she pegged me from the start. Way out of my comfort zone, I could have easily stopped there which in retrospect would have been a huge mistake.

Tova has made a more positive impact on my life than anyone else. She has come to know me better than I know myself. Every result I’ve accomplished with her has been tremendous.  She taught me how to do less and make more $$. She challenged me not to operate like my father working 8 days a week and coached me toward a 4-day work week (kicked & screamed at first).  Eventually, she helped me see my identity was so much more than my business which enabled me to embrace the right mindset to sell it. Without her coaching and prep for transition, grinding at work would still be my way of life.  Now I’m at a place where I truly give back and make a difference which brings me joy (and made a HUGE profit!).

Tova also helped me improve relationships with business partners, employees, family and my children. I am a better leader, partner, friend, father and son. Most importantly, I learned the way I treat myself and my body is a priority and a treasure.  I am 61 and at my peak! Totally turned my life around, never felt better and never look back.  Bottom line- I now walk through life with Eyes Wide Open. My life is different than I ever imagined in the most wonderful way. My work with Tova has been an absolute game changer.
