“The Real Deal”

From our very first coaching session, Tova ‘nailed it’ with her ability to relate my 360 results to real life (I can be tough!) and establish a strong foundation of trust that would support our 5+ year coaching relationship.

Two outcomes in particular stand out as extraordinary. First, she offered concrete suggestions directly leading to huge ROI for the enterprise.  Per her coaching, our Exec Core Group met weekly implementing her million-dollar idea. Over time, talking points led to an actionable strategy which resulted in a $5 million gain for the company. 

Second, as a result of her candid feedback that depts operated in silos (cordoned off) which left tribes fighting for resources, all operations were brought under one roof.  This structural change coupled with Tova’s remarkable interpersonal skills allowed us to get this dysfunctional family across the finish line to eventually sell the company for $100+ million. Hear me when I say this would not have happened without her.
