“From Fragmented to Flourishing”

Fifteen years ago, we embarked on a major transformation from 20+ independent mom and pop operations to an integrated system that 10 years later would employ 2100 professionals, establish locations throughout the city, double annual revenue, and increase reserves for further capital investments. Tim and Tova helped us develop our leaders who had little or no experience via a year-long process where 40 leaders underwent leadership assessments, ongoing coaching and group sessions.

Pleased with the results, we had Tim and Tova progress to expand leadership development with other departments in the organization. Even after the formal engagement ended years later, Tim and Tova would regularly check with us to follow up on our progress.
